Campus B-Roll

University Marketing and Communications has B-Roll video clips available for UT faculty members and staff, news media and other external agencies. 

• Faculty and Staff – Download a selection of B-Roll from Box (EID Required).
• News Media – Send an email to digital.assets@utexas.edu with your request details and deadline information.
• Other External Agencies – Complete the Digital Asset Request Form. License fees may apply.

Television and Radio Interview Facilities

Our on-campus broadcast studios, featuring VYVX remote satellite and ISDN technology, offer live and remote HD transmission of interviews free of charge for news media outlets. To request access, media reps should contact our Media Relations front desk at 512-471-3151. Media Relations will check availability and either book you on-campus or recommend an off-campus alternative.

Captioning and Transcription

The University of Texas Libraries Captioning and Transcription Service exists to ensure campus media is accessible to everyone. They prioritize video and audio content that directly serves those with hearing difficulties, but additional services are available to the entire campus.
